It has come to the Court's attention that the above-named defendant, JOSE
DAES, was not removed from the fugitive status at the time of his appearance in this cause . All
proceedings involving this defendant have been disposed of, but in the interest of clarification of
the record, the Court hereby removes him from the fugitive status that he was previously place d
in.
