 Facilitating the establishment of EHS requirements at work place and the
specific requirements of client.
 Monitor the evaluation of compliance to legal requirements and appraise
the project manager & CEHSM on matter of non compliance and facilitate
compliance.
 Preparing and updating Project EHS plan, EHS risk assessment, Safe work
method and Emergency response plan.
 Designing and imparting training for staff, visitor, sub contractor and

 Initiating or facilitating site CSR activities such as Plantation, Health camp
and other Social activities.
 Advice and support the site management in providing a health and hygienic
workmen camp with basic amenities for the workers.
 Monitor the evaluation of compliance to legal requirements and appraise
the project manager & Head safety on matter of non-noncompliance and
facilitate compliance.

 Make the general workers aware of the safety while working, especially at
height, Confined Space Entry, Hot Work, Scaffolding work and electrical
jobs.
 Give the Safety Induction & Special Training According to the Nature of job
to all the Workers.
 To measure the risk level (Working at Height, Electrical Work, Excavation
Work, Scaffolding, Hot Work) before starting of job & Take Necessary
Corrective Action to Reduce the Risk Factor.
 The elements of the Company Safety Program shall be communicated to all
employees. Formal safety training will be provided and workshop
techniques will be included in on-the-job training. New employees will
receive training as it relates to the job prior to beginning work. Toolbox
safety meetings will be held regularly in all construction activities.
 At a minimum monthly safety meetings will be held to review previous
accidents, new policies and procedures and any other pertinent information
regarding health and safety. Other training shall be provided as required.
 Maintained Smoke Detector, Response Indicator, Sprinklers and Fire
Extinguishers for any emergency Purpose
 Report all near miss, work accidents and third accidents to RC/HQ within
24 hours of the incident.
 Regularly verify that all emergency information is readily available. As well
as regularly inspect the ware house to safe manner
 Regularly check all fire extinguishers to verify proper pressures. And
regularly inspect all first aid boxes/kits to ensure that they are stocked
according to specified recommendations.
