Material test certificate for scaffolding pipes and clamps. Expiry date for fire extinguishers powder.  Ensure the MSDS for chemical substances, paints, gas cylinders, petroleum’s, and safe handling and storage of hazards materials and enforce wearing of appropriate PPE and cloth.  Special training for the personnel’s like as hot work, working at height, confined space, heat stress, behavior safety, etc.  Educate the supervisor and working crew to follow safe work practice.  Participate in mock drill, firefighting drill from time to time in addition to fire protection. Updated review and enforce the fire detection and fire control system.  Propagate the awareness among workers through Tool box meeting, safety briefing, training & education, safety demonstration and displaying of signage job accordingly.  Conducting H2S Awareness training, emergency rescue, SCBA & escape hood, Construction Railway Operation (C.R.O) at Site to the Workers.  Safety Orientation for Commissioning Activities like Access control, LOTO, Symop & PTW  To conduct the motivational program to encouraging of worker to improving and build a good safety culture at site. To check the risk factor and control measures.  Hazards control through Technical, Procedural, Behavioral control and PPE.  Compliance with PTW for each and every activity prior to start the work.  To monitoring about behavior safety like as sleeping at site, talking of peer group, listening song while working, horse playing, smoking at undesignated area.  Daily inspection of PPE, s & safety appliances to ensure their reliability.  Periodical inspection of heavy equipment’s, electrical system, electrical tools, hand tools, lifting appliances, etc. according to monthly checklist together with lifting supervisor, electrician and scaffolding supervisor and submit the document for inspection sticker and color coding to the tools and equipment which is in good order.  Participate in joint weekly safety inspection with client and make observation report along with remedial measures and submitting to client.  Issuing SCAR to sub-con in order to reducing risk, prevent from injury and make the area safe,  Prepare SRS and submit to client.  To keep record of concerning mail, compliance report, Safety briefing and tool box talks and weekly meeting for corroboration.  To prepare monthly report and submit to client and top management.  To prepare weekly safety presentation and perform in the routinely meeting.  Participate in incident and accident investigation.  Control the site transport and placement the proper warning sign. Controlling the moment of people.  Participate in internal audit by lead auditor and inspection of welfare facility like as: - drinking water facility, tea room, mess hall, medical log book, toilet, water analysis report, dust control system etc.  Participate in Environment Management Program (EMP) audit by ministry of health of Bahrain.  To providing feedback by communication finding the whole work force for improving HSE management system.  Team member of HIRA & Risk Assessment.
