Job Description
My client is market leading in the retail / leisure sector. With a portfolio of properties
in excess of 1,200 units they are now looking to strengthen their team on property
disposals and proactive lease management. The key emphasis of the role will include
site appraisal and marketing of properties, management and instruction of agents,
portfolio review and identification of sites, negotiation with Landlords and reducing
occupancy costs.
Ideally MRICS, you will have gained your experience ideally within the retail or
leisure industry. You should have strong transactional skills and have experience of
disposals, negotiation of leases and proactive asset management.
