To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing this letter of recommendation for Heidi Sayers to let you
know that she is an outstanding person and worker. Over the past 2 years she
has worked for me in a number of different ways. As a Personal Trainer, she
assisted me in doing Personal Training Profiles on my Personal Training
clients. This included taking percentages of body fat, blood pressure, body
measurements, endurance testing, flexibility test, and past history profiles.
She worked out individually with the clients giving them the up-most
attention.
Heidi also worked with me in the Aquatic Field serving as a Water
Safety Instructor, Lifeguard, and Community Water Safety Guest Speaker at
the Elementary Schools that we teach Water Safety to each year for the City
of Newport News, Virginia.
She also served as a volunteer this year during our National Water
Safety Day for the State of Virginia. During the event she worked as a
Lifeguard, Water Safety Instructor; and Community Water Safety Teacher.
It was a great success with over 1000 participants in attendance.
Heidi will do an excellent job for anyone who taps into her valuable
resources. It would be my pleasure to recommend her for employment with
your firm.
