13. Redeployment Package
Redeployment is an aspect of organisational transition that often lacks the
necessary support to ensure the best people are moving into the most
suitable roles.
An assigned Career Redeployment Consultant will be assigned to your
organisation and will coordinate with other agencies towards redeployment
of staff and provide training and development to the programs participants.
With the flexibility of being based on or off site, our consultants will work
closely with your company to ensure the successful redeployment of staff.

interviews with program participants for potential vacancies they have
