 Have knowledge of different types of Hydraulic products (Power unit, Cylinder, Valves and Pumps) along their
assembly, uses and testing.
 Done Adhesion test, Leakage test of Cylinder and Salt contamination test.
 Done assembly of 22 and 40 L power unit and other Hydraulic controllers.

2.  Performed various spot audit for verification of action taken against customer complaint and A (Part level) and Q
(Product level) types of Audits.
 Handled different customers (NTPC, MECON, TUV, DANIELI, TATA, SIEMENS…..) during inspection time and
prepared documents according to the agreed Quality Assurance Plan of the customer.
 Worked on SAP system.
 Knowledge of how and when 8D (Problem solving method) and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive actions) to be
carried out.
 Knowledge of different type of Standards (eg. IS, ISO, DIN, EN, ASME) related to inspection/testing of raw
materials & products.
 Knowledge of different measuring instruments such as vernier caliper, micrometer screw, bore gauge , slip gauge,
surface hardness tester (durometer) , Trimos.
 Participated in essay writing competition on Safety week and got 3rd
prize. And also represented how Quality

 Analyzing quotation and make comparative statement.
 Releasing Purchase Order & follow-up for delivery on given time.
 Verification of Invoices/Bills and check that vendors receives prompt payment.
 Correspondence & dealing with suppliers, carriers regarding rejections & shortages reported by stores.
 Development of reliable & alternate sources of supply.
 Serving as an information center on the materials knowledge i.e their prices, source of supply, specification &
other allied details.
 Knowledge of ERP system.

 READING: Enjoy reading various story books.
 It helps in maintaining concentration at work and increases the understanding skill.
