Does your advert fit the CAP codes
My advert fits all the CAP codes used by the ASA because my advert
does not mislead the consumer in anyway. The green bottle is exactly
what my consumer will purchase. The green indicates that my
aftershave is a natural, manly scent. Additionally, the bottle shape is the
same shape and has not been changed in any way to mislead the
buyer. It will look exactly how it looks on the advert when they purchase
it e.g. it won’t be different colour or shape. The background image of a
mountain range and blue waters will not offend the consumer and links
with the concept and name of the product ‘Adventure.’
