2. INTRODUCTION
Our E-Hospital Management system includes the
• registration of doctors ,
• registration of patients ,
• Computerized billing in the pharmacy and
• storing the details into the system.
3. Literature survey
• Some of the previous work proposed by “Miller” say that
health care has been an issue of growing some importance for
National government.
• Electronic Clinic Information System(ECIS) has generated
useful insight into the quality of data accuracy and health care
provision in primary care settings.
• Laubbel , define medical documentation of a patient’s medical
history and care as “Medical Record” used both as the
physical folder of patients and the information which
comprises the total of each patient’s history
4. EXISTING SYSTEM
• Presently all the hospital functionalities are
done manually . If the patient want to consult
the doctor he can visit their till his chance
called . This makes the patient very difficult .
5. LIMITATIONS
• Lack of security of data
• Time consuming
• Consumes large volumes of paper work
• Manual work
6. PROPOSED SYSTEM
objectives:
• To collect most of the information about hospitality
and medical services.
• Patients are easily allocated to the doctors.
• Doctors search and pharmacy search is possible.
