It serves as the official app store for the Android
operating system, allowing users to browse and
download applications developed with the
Android software development kit (SDK) and

Smartphone apps fall into five categories:

8. LiveTrak has a strong social element running through it and plugs into other networks like
Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Foursquare and others to keep you in touch with the people
you’re closest to (literally and figuratively). The app includes integrated group messaging
and photo sharing as well. Locations can be pulled from (and shared to) existing social
networks but through LiveTrak itself it’s possible to share real-time location information
and view other people’s locations on a map. If you can get all of your friends (or relatives)
to install it, LiveTrak is one of the best options out there.
The app includes features for finding out which of your friends are hanging out nearby,
and you can use the integrated messaging component to arrange a meet-up. You don’t get
the same real-time tracking you do with other apps, but it’s a bit more user-friendly and
more helpful for casual get-togethers.
