Script for mynarrative
Scene 1
The two main characters are playing football in a field, and a few different shots of
this are taken.
Ed: We should get home before the others get here.
Connor: Alright then.
Connor keeps a rather pessimistic facial expression.
Ed: You should really relax tonight.
Connor: Yeah I know, sorry.
Ed: You’ll be fine, I’m sure.
The two characters get home and then it transitions to the kitchen at night-time.
Scene 2
After the transition, the doorbell rings and the owner of the house (Ed) goes up to
open the door, greetings are made and the rest of the characters (Chris & Will)
make their way to the living room where Connor is sitting with a games console
controller in his hand.
Will: Shotgun first.
Will snatches the controller out of Connor’s hands
Chris: I play winner.
Ed & Will play the video game, Connor heads towards the kitchen
Connor: I’m just going to get a drink
Connor sits down with a chair in the bar and has a drink, the Vision then appears
on the opposite side of the bar also wanting to drink with him. The Vision then
gestures for Connor pour out a drink.
Vision: How’s it going?
Connor: I’m good
Vision: That’s nice... What about them?
Connor: Bunch of bastards
Vision: Aren’t they
Brief pause in the dialogue
Connor: Do you live hear?
Vision: I used to… before I was removed from here… But I would like to reclaim it…
Let’s take it back, put them in their place.
2.
Connor: And byreclaim, you mean?
Vision: Set them right
Ed enters the room in confusion
Ed: Connor? Who are you talking to?
Connor & The Vision pull and evil intimidating grin at each other, Connor then goes
to assault Ed and as he gets knocked to the floor it then transitions to darkness. In
this darkness there is dim lighting over Connor and he acts terrified and resistant,
whilst his evil side and the Vision are both tormenting him. Connor’s final refusal of
complying to the tormentors, will see Connor strangling Ed, Connor gets off and
backs away and begins to sob.
Connor: I’m sorry
Ed runs into the living room scared, closes the door, and then the credits appear.
