Jon was born in Zimbabwe, and through his strong connections in the region has enabled Eco Equity to navigate a
successful licence application. Eco Equity has partnered with the Zimbabwe Ministry of Health to develop, own and operate
a medicinal cannabis facility in Zimbabwe with the objective to export the products derived from the facility to Canada, USA
and Europe. Jon Paul started his career at Citi group before moving into the Private Equity industry working in the Far East
and Middle East. From here Jon moved into the cannabis industry after identifying the opportunities in the market and the
chance to help provide alternative treatments to those in need of care. In 2018 Jon established wealth management and
private equity firm Axium Capital and through Axium has successfully raised capital & taken part in some of the UK’s
biggest IPOs of the last two years.

CO-FOUNDER & COO
Co-Founder & COO, a vastly experienced executive, Tim has built and lead high-performing commercial
operations and digital operations throughout his career. Tim started his professional career at McKinsey
before holding executive roles at DMGT, trinity mirror plc and, more recently, local word ltd where he
was part of the team that completed a £220 million sale of the business to trinity mirror in
October 2016. In addition to his role at eco equity, Tim acts as COO of Axium Capital

Tommy was born in the UK and worked in the city for 6 years before moving back to Zimbabwe to raise a family.
An entrepreneur Tommy has set up multiple business’, one being the import and export business where he was a
Zimbabwean agent for Moet Hennessy and Patron Spirits. In 2013 Polyoak Packaging Pty ltd decided to establish a
Zimbabwean manufacturing business in Zimbabwe and head hunted Tommy to lead the operation as their
National Executive. This was a completely new business that Tommy and his team took from concept and set up a
multi-million dollar world class facility. This is why Tommy was brought into the company, to build a world class
GMP certified greenhouse that our Head Cultivator can use to produce the best possible medicinal cannabis.
