Development of a dual control system
applied to a smart wheelchair, using
magnetic and speech control.
PD-Fuzzy Control of a Stair Climbing
Wheelchair
An intelligent wheelchair using
situation awareness and obstacle
detection
reduced to the use of specialized drivers,
only using joysticks to manipulate the
wheelchair, and these are generally
suitable only for patients with motor
disabilities in their lower limbs.
A Fuzzy control approach has been
implemented to perform stair climbing task
in an automatic mode wheelchair system
The main goal of the proposed system is
to automatically recognize some dangerous
situations such as intersection, vehicle and
obstacle and prevent the
collisions of them.
