The new "thought-experiment" ...

1. Falsification
of
Einstein’s theory of „Special Relativity“
Albert Einstein once said: „A good theory is simple, but not simpler!“ …
… which is more or less his version of Ockham’s razor …
Thomas Paine once said: „We are living in an age of reason!“ Any scientific theory is kind of a
narrative of science. Physicists are reflecting or condensing it into logical calculi in the sense of the
syllogism a la Aristoteles. Such a calculus is based on:
postulates & rules
The philosophical foundation of any calculus is the idea of (logical) ‚contradiction‘, a human
concept a priori! The epistemological starting point for (any) contradiction is doubt! Such
contradiction(s) might falsify any specific scientific theory potentially causing shifts of paradigms.
Postulates as well as rules can be contradictory by themself or in combination(s) … and in relation
to each other …
Postulates
Einstein’s theory of „Special Relativity“ is based on just two postulates:
1) All inertial reference frames are equal!
… so all physical laws are valid in each reference frame and effective in the same way.
2) The speed of light is constant! … „independant“ from the speed of its source …
… and declared „speed-limit“ of the universe … ?!?
Rules
Space is manifest in its 3 othogonal dimensions. Time is manifest in the ratio of distance to speed.
Einstein copied the idea of the so called Lorentz-Transformations named „length-contraction“,
which was a speculation from FritzGerald, and „time-dilation“, an idea from Lorentz.
The so called Lorentz-factor gamma y is a simple derivation from the Pythagorean theorem due to
the orthogonality of the 3 dimension of space, here derived in just 5 simple steps:
a² + b² = c² … with ‚a‘ is ‚v‘ and ‚b‘ is ‚c/y‘ …
v² + (c/y)² = c² … divide by ‚c²‘ …
v²/c² + y ² = 1
⁻ … subtract ‚v²/c²‘ …
y ² = 1 – v²/c²
⁻ … inversion …
y² = 1 / (1 - v²/c²) … square root …
y = 1 / sqrt(1 – v²/c²) … voila … the gamma-factor y …

2. First Better „Thought Experiment“
Well … in reality any experiment would produce measurement results! This is not possible just
by thought! …
1) Imagine two men! Each of them is carrying the exact same clock …
2) Both men are walking toward each other with the speed of 1 m/s …
3) Suddenly the first man is shouting to the other … „YOUR clock runs SLOWER … ! …“
… by a factor of

the clock of the „other man“ is running SLOWER & FASTER at the SAME time!
That is what epistemologists like Ockham, Bacon, Descartes, Hume, Kant, Peirce,
Russel, Gödel, Popper, Kuhn & Feyerabend called a classic
LOGICAL CONTRADICTION (!)
and therefore does FALSIFY Einstein’s theory of Special Relativity !
… making it epistemologically a simple TAUTOLOGY !

3. Second Better „Thought Experiment“
Einstein’ian physicists argue that the „twin-paradox“ is „explained“ by „acceleration“. They
secretly substituted „SR-flat-spacetime-dilation“ with „GR-curved-spacetime-dilation“, which is,
atleast physically NOT the same! That in itself is already a confession in secret that
Einstein’s theory of „Special Relativity“ is false!
Think of the following second Thought-Experiment:
1) Two rockets somewhere in the universe … both are close together at the start and at rest …
2) The second rocket starts accelerating constantly with an acceleration of 1 g (g = 9.81 ms ¹

3) The „observer“ (just another term for ‚reference frame at rest‘!) on the first rocket „measures“
from time to time for different increasing speed values the distance of that moving rocket …

Paradigm driven physicists will call it again „paradox“, but it is a clear logical contradiction of
this simple theory of „Special Relativity“ from Albert Einstein, that the 2nd. Rocket, once it
reached, after around 282 days of continious acceleration, a speed of more than 80% of the
speed-of-light and seems from there on to come closer (!) and closer despite the fact that it
continues to accelerate „away“ from the first rocket with its „observer“ (which is simply its own
frame-of-reference at rest!)
This second „thought-experiment“ falsifies Einstein’s theory of „Special Relativity“ as well!

4. Fundamentals
FitzGerald discussed with Heaviside his „Heaviside ellipsoid“, which was a speculation from
Heaviside about a potential deformation of the elecric field if an electric charge is in motion. This
speculation was the outcome of Heaviside’s interpretation of Maxwell’s 20 equations describing
his version of electrodynamics, which Heaviside than condensed into the publicly known 4 vector
equations called „Maxwell equations“.
FitzGerald extended this speculation into the same deformation („contraction“ in moving direction
and „extension“ perpendicular to its direction of motion) for all kind of matter if it is in motion.
Lorentz took over FitzGerald’s speculation, but secretly dropped the part of the extension of matter
perpendicular to the direction of motion and kept only the part of „length-contraction“.
Lorentz took this speculation from FitzGerald and extended it with his own speculation about
„time-dilation“ in order to keep the speed-of-light constant, which can only be reached if the so
called „length-contraction“ gets compensated by his „time-dilation“, so that its relationship results
again into the same speed-value as that of the speed-of-light.
By that line of thoughts did Lorentz „explain“ the none-result of the famous Michelson-Morley
interferometer experiment, which had tried to generate evidence for the thesis about the existence
of an „ether“ as an absolute reference frame in space (universe) at rest!
Michelson & Morey expected a drift of the earth in this „ether“ of around 30 km/s
(2*pi*150*10 km/1year). But they
⁶ measured values between 8 to 12 km/s. But because these
values were so far off from the expected value of 30 km/s Michelson called this a „none-result“.
The vector of the speed-of-light in 3-dimensional space is ALWAYS the hypotenuse of a
perpendicular triangle, which gets divided into the 3 orthogonal dimensions of space by the
Pythagorean theorem resulting in Lorentz’s transformation gamma factor: y = 1/sqrt(1-v²/c²)
Nearly all physicists of that time were convinced about the existence of the „ether“. It was Einstein
who dropped the idea of such an (absolute) „ether“ and substituted it with his new term „observer“,
which is just a new term for the „absolute“ (inertial) reference-frame at rest!
Einstein’s concept of his theory of „Special Relativity“ is based on two postulates:
1) All inertial reference frames are equal
… which means that all „laws of nature“ apply to all these reference frames in the same way
2) the speed-of-light is constant … and the maximum possible speed value in the universe
So the crucial difference between Lorentz’s theory of electrodynamics and Einstein’s version of
electrodynamics is the existence or none-existence of an (absolute) „ether“ … ! …
Einstein took Lorentz’s speculation about „time-dilation“ serious and turned it into his own
speculation about clocks in motion are ticking slower!
Any motion of bodies have a value-tag called „speed“. But speed is a relative size, which can only
be expressed in relation to another body, which then is the reference point in space, because no
„ether“ could substitute it.
So how will Einstein decide about any motion, if no reference-frame-at-rest is available?

5. Asymmetries
There is NO (!) speed-limit in Newton’ian physics! Einstein postulated the speed-of-light ‚c‘ not
only as a „constant“, but declared it to be the „absolute maximum“ (!) value. So all speed values
in nature (universe) can be now only between 0 and c.
By copying Lorentz’s speculation about „time-dilation“ Einstein created his own speculation about
„time“ by making it itself a kind of „speed-value“ because time can now be „slower“ or „faster“ and
„fastest“, which is reached at rest! So the maximum „speed-of-time“ is the Newton’ian time, which
is usually called „normal time“, which occurs only at rest in the Einstein’ian world of „Special
Relativity“ …
So if a clock is at rest it runs fastest, means normal … but if a clock moves with the maximum
possible speed, which is the speed-of-light, that clock stops! … ? …
The Newton’ian definition of speed is the relation of ‚distance‘ to ‚duration“. But Einstein’s
definition of speed is different, because „duration“ is now dependant on speed … but wait … the
other speculation from „FitzGerald“ called „length-contraction“ comes to the rescue (!) so that
distance also becomes dependant on speed IN THE SAME WAY!
That is why Einstein’s version of „length-contraction“ became „distance-contraction“! So that
„length-contraction“ is the difference of two „distance-contractions“.
But most astounding is the fact that Einstein’s theory of „Special Relativity“ claim that a
sychronized clock once moved keeps an accumulated missalignment in time even after it stopped
its motion and is than at rest but at a different point in space. But in constrast to „time-dilation“ the
„distance-contractions“ and therefore „length-contractions“ are disappearing as soon as these
bodies have stopped their motion(s).
The logical consequence out of this „logic“ is that a moving body, if it crashes e.g. with a much
bigger body like a big planet in the universe, it loses its full speed down to zero in an instant and
therefore will its „length-contracted“ distance expand immediately to its Newton’ian distance with
a speed much bigger than the speed-of-light. Such circumstances do already contradict Einstein’s
theory of „Special Relativity“.
Another peculiarity and therefore inconsistency of Einstein’s theory of „Special Relativity“ is the
„addition theorem“ (§5 – page 905 of Einstein’s paper in „Annalen der Physik“ - 1905) is that it
requires a third body as the inertial reference frame at rest in order to calculate the speed of the
second body by this „special edition“ of math equation ($5 – at end of page 906):
(differential?) speed (between both bodies observed from third body?) = v+w / (1 + v*w/c²)
… with ‚v‘ and ‚w‘ as speed values of both bodies related to the reference frame at rest … and ‚c‘ as the speed-of-light
Without the third body and because of no „ether“ as absolute reference-frame available one of the
both bodies have to be viewed as the frame-of-reference-at-rest, which Einstein calls „observer“!
Einstein even speculated in §4 (end of page 904) about the phenomenon of „time-dilation“ between
two identical clocks by placing one clock on a pole of the earth and the other identical clock on
the equator of the earth so that the clock placed at the equator will experience and accumulate
„time-dilation“ by ticking „slower“ caused by the earth’s rotation than the identical clock placed at
the pole of the earth.

6. But the distance between both identical clocks stay constant during the rotations of earth!
So how can there be any „time-dilation“ at the relative speed (changing distance!) of zero?!?
Contemporaneity
When Lorentz brought his „invention“ of „time-dilation“ into the world one might wonder what he
ment with the term „time“? … or … „what“ gets dilated? …
... „time“ itself or (just?) the „speed-of-clock(s)“ ? …
Einstein’s thesis is that in his version of the theory of electrodynamics no „contemporaneity“ exists
anymore. That is very clearly a false thesis.
Imagine two rockets flying circluar path of idential length after sychronisation at the tangential
meeting point of both circles. The left rocket flies anti-clockwise and the right flies clockwise its
circle. Now imagine any horizontal line crossing both circles. Each of these lines mark 2 pairs of
crossing points with both circuits. From left to right these pairs are the crossing points 1+4 and
2+3 !
If you number these 4 crossing points from left to right than the first pair of concurrent events are
events 1+4 and the other pair of concurrent events are events 2+3.

7. An event is an instant moment in time at a specific location in space. Imagine that each event sends
an extrem short flash light impulse, which radiates radial in all directions in space.
Any location in space can decide about contemporaneity of multiple events at distanced locations
if the observers know the distances in space for these events related to the observer!
If the observer do not know the distances between him and the events than he can NOT decide
about the contemporaneity of these events.
So Einstein’s thesis about the impossibility of concurrent events at distanced locations
and in different frames-of-references is falsified!
And as a last philosophical thought … there are two “speed limits” in Einstein’s SRT … ! …
The “speed of light” and the “speed of time”! Where “time” is at its “speed limit” at the “speed” of
0, but ALWAYS and ONLY for the “OBSERVER”, means the time-base of the inertial reference
frame of the observed object(s). And the term “observer” is just a new name for the term “ether”!
The term “length-contraction” is missleading, because only distances between observed objects
and the observer are “contracted” … ! … atleast for Einstein’s SRT!
In case of a “bar” it both ends, means its beginning and its end, are getting “contracted” with their
respective distance in relation to all the ominous “observer”!
In order to keep the speed of light “constant”, also “time-dilation” is required causing completely
speed dependant distortions of all moving objects for each “observer”!
Einstein’s introduction of tensor calculus in physics is a strong violation of Ockham’s razor,
making all exact calculations in quantum physics just a pain. It was the physicist Dr. Hans Bethe
back in 1947, who came up with the first solution of the so called “renormalisation” for the
Quantum Field Theory (QFT) developed by physicist Dr. Paul Dirac. Just few years later physicist
Dr. Richard Feynman received the nobel prize for physics for his theory of “Quantum-Electro-
Dynamics” (QED), which got falsified by mathematician Dr. Freeman Dyson already back in 1952
and many years later the physicist Dr. Oliver Consa falsified Feynman’s QED with his paper in
