- assessment of how well you
reason and solve problems, your capacity
to learn and create.
3. EMOTIONAL SELF
- typical feelings you
have, feelings you seldom have,
feelings you try to avoid.
4. SENSUAL SELF
- what sense do you use
most? (sight, hearing, speaking,
smelling, touching)
5. INTERACTIONAL SELF
- strengths and weaknesses
(relationship with friends,
classmates, family)
6. NUTRITIONAL SELF
- how do you nourish
yourself (what foods do you like and
dislike
7. CONTEXTUAL SELF
- maintenance of your
living environment (reaction to
light, temperature, weather,

1 gallon listening
5 cups respect

1 cup patience
First, mix listening and
kindness in a large
school. Then add
respect and creativity.
After that mix

patience in a classroom.
