The professionnal exhaustion - also called Burn-out - is often due to a rupture between the use of your battery and the way you recharge it : happens when you empty your battery totally and don’t have enough elements to fill it up again. is a very personal and individual process, that will depend on your personal life, your past, your emotional situation, etc

  37. 37. The emotions • Express what your head and body want you to understand. • Learn to recognize your emotions • What do your emotions tell you? What does it mean? • Talk about your emotions helps to get rid of them!  All emotions are good to be felt and accepted, otherwise they accumulate and empty your batteries.

You see your best friend, it’s a long time you haven’t seen each other. What does your body tells you ? How did you feel in the two situations ?
