2. Client Profile #1:
A 69 year-old client, was paying $850 in rent, and is now paying $505 per month to be a
first-time home owner. Why did he wait so long to buy a home?
He did not think he could own a home.

Two 50-year-old women bought a house with their dads who are in their 70's:
It's common today for grown children to live with their parents due to housing

pay mortgage payment to parents. The parents own it until it's paid for or until the children
can buy them out in a few years. The women live with and care for the parents rather than
putting the parents in a nursing home.
