INTRODUCTION
ICARO LTD
ICARO ltd is a consulting company located in Cortona
(Italy), highly specialized in environmental studies, health
risk assessment and management, technical assistance,
capacity building and training, for private companies and
for public Authorities (Ministries and Institutional
Bodies).
Since its foundation in 1985, ICARO has carried out
consulting activities at national and international levels
for important industries, major engineering and
construction companies, research institutes and public
authorities. As a result, ICARO now occupies an important
and leading position in the national consulting market.
PEGASO LTD
In the 90’s ICARO founded an ancillary Company, PEGASO ltd, in order to develop
specialized assistance in Communication, Training and Multimedia activities.
The ownership of PEGASO is largely hold by ICARO, which makes the ancillary
PEGASO a fully controlled Company of ICARO.
For any Communication, Training or Multimedia activity, ICARO may then avail
itself of the resources of the controlled PEGASO.
ETRURIA VOLO LTD
The Etruria Volo ltd (Volo = Flight) is a brand new company,
established in May 2015, owned by ICARO ltd for the 31% of
shares, and provides professional services based on the use of
Unmanned Aircraft Vehicle (UAV), commonly designed as
Drones, in compliance with regulations in force.
The services rendered by ICARO, availing of the Etruria Volo
resources, include visual footages, 2D and 3D photogrammetry
selective reproduction, spectral analysis for monitoring leaks
and releases from facilities and pipelines, security, ground and
environmental monitoring.
TURKISH BRANCH OFFICE
Starting from 2014 ICARO has increased its presence in the Turkish market and in 2016 has opened a ICARO
Turkish Branch Office in Ankara managed by a local team of experts.

ICARO RESOURCES
ICARO avails itself of qualified and skilled human resources represented by chemical, environmental and
mechanical engineers, physicists, chemists, geologists, biologists, all supported by a staff including CAD
specialists, for a total amount of 61 people permanently employed.
Moreover, ICARO uses a network of reliable selected consultants for working peaks or for highly specialized
studies, relying on more than 15 specialists.
PEGASO RESOURCES
PEGASO avails itself of qualified and skilled human
resources represented by experts in communication,
education and training, supported by a staff of specialists
in related fields including web, multimedia and video-
graphics products and tools, software and computerized
graphic modelling, for a total amount of 18 people
permanently employed.
ETRURIA VOLO RESOURCES
Etruria Volo supplies ICARO with expert mission planners,
pilots, software and flight engineers and other specialists in
order to arrange the most appropriate whole, aircraft type,
board equipment, software and flight parameters, for
performing required services.
About 10 specialists are available for these tasks at the
Etruria Volo headquarters, located by a small airfield, fitted
with two runways (grass and asphalt), several hangars,
lodging residences, offices.

 “Certification and protection of Serbian traditional agricultural product,
recognizable with the protected denomination of geographical origin, Leskovac
Ajvar – POD”, promoted by Siena Chamber of Commerce of Siena in
cooperation with Leskovac (Serbia) Chamber of Commerce.
 EU Phare Project “Assistance for Completion of Pollution Phase-out
Programmes for Toxic, Persistent, Bio-accumulable Substances from List I under
Transition Period Granted for: Cadmium (Cd), Mercury (Hg), Lindane, 1,2
Dichlorethan, Hexachlor-benezol, Trichlor-benzol, Trichlorethylen, Hexachlor-
