important ways !!!!!

drinking, bathing and
making food.

 1 billion people in the world don't have safe
 drinking water.

 More then 6 thousand kids die from diseases
 because they don't have fresh water supply.

 The average American uses 100-175 gallons of
 water per day.

How is water filtered in the
           U.S.?
Coagulation removes dirt
and other particles in water.

The water goes through the
filter so all bad partials will
be separated from the water.
Not every water boils at the temperature of
100 degrees Celsius

Tap water boils to 99 degrees Celsius

Salt water boils above 100 degrees Celsius

Distilled water will boil at 100 degrees
Celsius

We used different containers like metal and
glass beakers. The metal made the water boil
faster so if we went to a different country we
would boil water in a metal container.

Also, we would boil water with a lid because
it traps the heat and makes the water boil
quicker.

Different types of water boil and freeze at different
temperatures.

Distilled water does not have minerals or particles.

You can get a disease from drinking water that comes from an
unsafe water supply.

It also freezes at 0 Celsius.
