2. RATIONALE
• AET Holdings, LLC., intends to grow the fleet from 15
to 60 tankers by the end of April, 2014. Future plans
envision that a driver force of 150 personnel will be
necessary to cover 24/7 transportation operations.
• Business profitability will require that this plan
encompass 60 drivers at a 2.5 shift operation ratio due
to DOT CDL HOS regulations.
• In order to coordinate this plan, AET now has on staff
Mr. Guy Faiette as HR/Safety/Compliance manager.
• Mr. Faiette will help plan, organize, direct and support
corporate efforts to facilitate the AET transportation
mission.
