This document describes an online spreadsheet accessories application that allows employees to easily search for and retrieve product catalog details. The application maintains a database of product catalogs and allows adding new catalogs. Employees can search by specifications to find relevant catalog details and view images. The application aims to reduce manual searching and securely centralize product data management.

2. ABSTRACT
 The project entitled “ONLINE SPREADSHEET ACCESSORIES”
software is developed for maintaining the product catalogue. There are number
of catalogue available to find specific feature catalogue is difficult. To
overcome this difficulty we are developing this application. This web based
application project surely will help for an employee to add the new catalogue
and retrieval of product details. This project can be high security.
 This application helps in maintaining the database of the product
catalogue. Adding the product details and by using this application accessing
information of any accessories catalogue is done at any time and can be kept
safely for long period of time. Employee has to easily retrieve information for
particular accessories. It should be approved by any people.

3. ABSTRACT…
 The main objective of developing this web based application
project is to reduce the manual searching work as well as system work for an
employee and to maintain the product catalogue those who review that
catalogue. Employee need not to go search and easily can get the online
products and save the time.

4. EXISTING SYSTEM
 The existing system is very time consuming. It is very difficult to
analyze the manually, it has some chance to loss the data. It is not
centralized. Its taken more time to maintain this information. It a
computerized system for verifying and maintain the records. The employee
needs to wait for a long time to search the product catalogue. The chances
of information leakage are more in existing system as compared to
proposed system. This processing to take more time as it is done manually.
 Disadvantages:
 It will take more time to retrieve Catalogue details .
 Security for the data.

5. PROPOSED SYSTEM
The proposed system is that Employee has to give specification of
particular product catalogue. Relevant details will display in next page. By
using catalogue , those who refer that product is identified. The process of
searching for component is not much complicated to follow and also the
processes are computerized and automated.
Advantages
It will provide secured data base, accessed by authorized users.
User’s can get loan for particular product.
Prevents errors due to systematic process.

8. MODULE DESCRIPTION
 WALLET MODULES:
 Wallet is one of the products in accessories. Employee has to give
specification what he/she wants. Specifications of wallet are model no,
brand, dress code, type, vendor, and gender. Then give View report. The
details will display relevant to the given specification. Then click the type
it will display details and with its image fetch the details in database and
display next page.

9. MODULE DESCRIPTION
 Belt
This Belt product page is the creative and the useful page within our
project. Belt is one of the products in accessories. Employee has to give
specification what he/she wants. Belt specifications are model no, vendor,
dress code, type and width select and click submit. Then it will display details
on next page. Then click the model no it will display details and with its
image fetch the details in database and display next page. .

10. MODULE DESCRIPTION
Watch Strap
This watch strap is one of the products in accessories. Employee has to give
specification what he/she wants. This watch strap product has different strap size
and vendor. Strap specifications are model no, vendor, type and size. They want
to select any specification and click submit button. It will display details and type
the model number it will fetch the details in database and display the next pages
in detail.

 SEARCH
Employees can find the product using search. Its based on model no,
variant and vendor. Otherwise Employee can search all product
catalogue without using any field name. It will shows on image for
particular product catalogue.

 The project entitled as “ONLINE SPREADSHEET ACCESSORIES”
developed in ASP as front end and MSACCESS as back end this system
provides benefits that the project is reducing the bulk of system work and time
too. There may be chances to miss data in existing system. But this electronically
system is more efficient and secured.
 The Online Spreadsheet Accessories is designed to provide a web based
application that would make searching, viewing and selection of a product easier.
The search engine provides an easy and convenient way to search for products
where a user can Search for a product interactively and the search engine would
refine the products available based on the users input. The user can then view the
complete specification of each product. They can also view the product reviews.
