Sunjet FC liable for the actions of its supporters
The Grenada Football Association’s Appeals Committee today met on an appeal
lodged by Boca Junior’s FC (Appellant) in relation to its game against Sunjets
FC (Respondent. played on 31st
July 2014)
The Appeals Committee ordered as follows:
 The result of the game between Boca Junior FC and Sunjets FC as played at
Cuthbert Peters Park on 31st
July, 2014 stands at a nil : nil draw
 Sunjets FC in its position of Home team is held responsible and liable for the
actions of its supporters and spectators
 Sunjets FC is fined the sum of $250.00 payable before its next scheduled GFA
game
 A player of Sunjets FC is placed on a bond to be of good behavior, conduct
and decorum in all GFA activities for one year in default thereof he shall
suffer a one year ban from participation in all or any GFA activity.
The GFA Appeals Committee consists of Mr. Derick Sylvester (Chairman), Mr.
Teddy St. Louis (member), Mr. Anselm Clouden (member), Mr. Smith Roberts
(member). Mr. Royston La Hee (member) is presently off island.
