4. Abstract
The present age is the age of information technology. So, like all
places, the use of technology has started in the method of renting
a house. Due to the introduction of information technology, the
traditional method of finding rent has changed. Now people can
rent a house at home. We have also created a project called
“Online House rental System”. Where users can search and rent
a house in different places. The owner can easily advertise his
house. It saves time and money both owner and tenant. So I think
online house rental system is the best web application to
advertise, search and rent house and apartment through an
online system.

5. What is Online House Rental System?

 Online House Rental System is a web based software product
suite designed to improve the social system and rental
house searching system in the different areas.

6. Functionality
 It provided “better and efficient” service to a user.
 Tenant & owner can upload their attachments in image file, pdf,
doc and zip format.
 All details will be available on a click.
 Tenant can review a house after staying that house.

Hardware Requirements:

11. Reason for selecting Agile Model
 Customer satisfaction by rapid, continuous delivery of useful software.
 People and interactions are emphasized rather than process and tools. Customers,
developers and testers constantly interact with each other.

 Face-to-face conversation is the best form of communication.
