• A documentary film is a nonfictional motion picture intended
to document some aspect of reality, primarily for the purposes
of instruction, education, or maintaining a historical record.

4. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE
BETWEEN DOCUMENTARY AND FILM
• Documentary is a non
fictional movie whose main
focus is to show some aspect
of real life a long with facts to
justify their viewpoint.
• Where as film is generally
fictional and the purpose is
to entertain the people.
• It may be connected to
reality but the facts ground
level interviews etc are
missing to keep the
entertainment a live.
