President’s Message
The primary objective of the Global India Business
Forum has always been to assist MSME
entrepreneurs not only in India but throughout the
world. Sangli, Satara, Karad, Kolhapur are the most
important region for agriculture sector which includes
sugar, textiles and also automated sector like casting
of vehicles like two wheelers and four wheelers. These
districts are considered to be the most important part
of Maharashtra since it has the greatest number of
MSME businesses. Global India Business Forum's
aim is to highlight the opportunities in different
countries and to help the Indian businessmen to track
and expand their business globally. Indians often have
knowledge about only few countries in general but
there exists a lot more countries having huge
opportunities for business. If we consider Africa,
Ethiopia is the second largest country in terms of its
population and economy. Talking about the Caribbean
region, seventeen countries do have huge business
opportunities in there. Indonesia and Egypt share a
friendly bond with Global India Business Forum when
it comes to businesses in these countries. So, this is
when we step in and guide all the businessmen from
MSME sectors of India to connect with these
countries.
To explain how MSME sector forms to be the backbone of any developed/developing country I would like
to add that following the defeat in World War II, Germany was stripped of its gains. It still stood back on its
feet and the reason being having its strong and capable MSME sector to fall back on.
Global India Business Forum also had the opportunity to interact with the Cabinet Minister of MSME
sector and Indian Politician Mr. Narayan Rane on how to expand this concept and to move forward with
this cause to give tremendous business opportunity to Indian Businessmen nationally and internationally.
The objective of this award function is to recognize businessmen who have fought against all odds of the
pandemic and have emerged victorious. I would like to give my heartiest congratulations to all the winners
for the exceptional work they've done all year. I would also like to encourage all businessmen to keep on
working hard and keep up the great work!

“Not only a brand, but a right
business hub where to be”
With a history of more than twelve centuries as a State-Nation,
Morocco has become a very solid and stable country. Thanks to
its strategic location at the crossroad of Africa, Europe and the
Arab world, to its political and economic stability in a world full of
challenges, Morocco enjoys the trust of foreigners from all over
the globe who consider the Kingdom as a safe place to visit, to
live in, where to do business and to invest.
According to the recent “World Bank Ease of Doing Business
report”, Morocco has moved from the rank 60th to the 53th and
the objective of the Moroccan Government is to be among the
top 50 economies in the world.
11
Recently, Morocco launched its national brand for
investment and export promotion in order to create
visibility and enhance attractiveness with a
distinctive value proposition. This brand is called
“Morocco Now”. “Morocco Now” is defined as the
future proof platform to invest and export to the
world.Thisdefinitionisbasedon4mainassets,which
are:Sustainable,Competitive,AgileandWellProven.
The“Sustainable”Morocco
This refers to a green production system and a solid
resilient ground. Morocco offers low carbon
productions, based on pioneer investments in
renewableenergies.
Since 2009, massive investments in Renewable
Energies have been made in Morocco which makes
the Kingdom as 1st producer of renewable energies
in Africa with a 4GW of installed capacity in 2021.
The country covers already 37% of its installed
electricity capacity with renewable energies in 2020
andtargets52%by2030.
This avant-garde renewable plan, positions Morocco
as one of the most competitive low-carbon platforms
in the globe with world class infrastructure in solar,
windandHydro.
Moreover,producinginMoroccoforEuropeanUnion
(EU), United States of America (USA), Africa or
United Kingdom (UK) minimizes carbon footprint
due to reduced distances. As an illustration,
RENAULT Tangier – the biggest automotive plant in
Africa,manufacturing400,000carsayear–isagreat
exampleofazero-emissionfactory.
The“Competitive”Morocco
Morocco is one of the most attractive platforms in
the world combining low costs with a world-class
infrastructure, a young and qualified workforce, and
aninvestors'supportiveframework.
As part of a strong vision, Morocco was since long
committed to free trade and signed up to many Free
Trade Agreements giving access to more than 50
countries in Europe, USA, UK and Africa markets.
Morocco is one of only 8 countries with duty free
access to the USA, EU+UK, and it is the only one in
Africa.
Morocco is also an ideal export platform to serve
Europe and USA. Europe is only 14 kms away from
the Kingdom allowing delivery in 1 to 2 days and
NorthAmericaandUAEareat7hoursflightonly.
Adding these advantages to the unique access to a
market of 1 billion consumers – facilitated by the
Kingdom's strategic location – is placing Morocco on
the top list of the world's most competitive
investmentdestinations
The“Agile”Morocco
Morocco – its economy, its business community and
environment as well as its workforce – has the
capacity to quickly adapt to new situation as
demonstrated during the Covid-19 pandemic while
industrial capacities quickly shifted to health
equipment. The best rolling out of the anti-Covid
vaccinationisalsooneoftheamazingexamplesofthe
Moroccanagility.
This agility – which is in the DNA of Moroccans – can
be seen in dynamic, competitive and qualified labor
force. The authorities have worked on educating,
developing and making available top quality human
resourcesintheKingdom.
12
The“WellProven”Morocco
This is referring to a successful track record
illustrated by emblematic examples such as the
Moroccan Tangier-Med port which is the largest
trans-shipment port in the Mediterranean and in
Africa – with a 9 million containers capacity –
allowing companies to address 186 ports in 77
countries.
The other big achievement is that Morocco
joined,sinceNovember2018,thehighspeedclub
– the club of countries having the High Speed
Trains. Today, Morocco is the first Arab and
African country to have this world class railway's
infrastructure and equipment, used by more than
3millionpassengers.
The Well Proven asset can also be seen in the
success stories of the fastest growing clusters in
Moroccosuchasautomotiveandaeronautics.
The Moroccan auto sector has experienced
phenomenal growth +30% since 2011. This
momentum was primarily driven by some big
worldplayersthathavechosenMoroccoasabase
such as RENAULT followed by STELLANTIS.
Today, with 250 automotive companies already
operational in the kingdom covering the whole
value chain, Morocco's automotive sector has an
installed capacity procuring 700,000 cars which
placestheKingdomasTOP1inAfrica.
Nowadays, RENAULT NISSAN exports from
Morocco to More than 70 countries and
STELLANTIS started production with a local
content of 60%. Official figures put Morocco's
auto export production at USD 8,3 billion. The
country becomes the 2nd exporter to the EU of
newvehicles.
Moreover, Morocco has emerged as a prime
aeronautics platform with an annual growth rate
of 20% over the last years with a 38% rate of local
integration.
The country is ranked among the world's most
dynamic aeronautics and aerospace ecosystems
with a diversified and highly integrated supply
chain including aeronautic equipment, aero-
structures and engine parts, machining, electrical
wiring, special processes, sheet metal works and
engineering.
Top Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM)
such as Airbus, Boeing, Pilatus, Embraer, Sukhoi
and Comac are using parts produced in Morocco
and many key industry players have built
successful long-term partnerships in the kingdom
like Spirit AeroSystems, SABCA, Safran, Stelia,
CollinsAerospace,Daher,HexcelandEaton.
In a fast-changing world economy where
companiesarefacingnewkindofchallengesdueto
the global value chains reorganization and climate
emergency, Morocco emerges as the agile and
well-prepared decarbonized production platform
open to the world. “NOW” is the right time for
investors to join the attractive and competitive
hub and platform in the world which is Morocco. It
is indeed the right time for the business
communities, the Indian one in particular, to
experience Morocco which is definitely a stable
and trusted gateway to more than 1 billion
consumers in Africa, Europe, UK and USA.
Nowadays, number of Indian businessmen and
companies are aware of the benefit of investing in
Morocco and consider it as a safe place to invest
keeping in mind the great progress that the

LEADING GEARBOX MANUFACTURING COMPANY IN SATARA….!!!
Today, Satara is recognized as a prominent manufacturing hub with various reputed companies
operating their manufacturing base here. One of the most crucial reasons for Satara's growth as a
manufacturing hub include low operating costs as compared to the neighbouring Pune, and Kolhapur,
andtheavailabilityofspaceinandaroundthecity.
Recently, there has been a considerable increase in the number of planetary gearbox manufacturers in
Satara. Today, the market consists of 17-20 gearbox manufacturers of varying business volumes,
market share and manufacturing capabilities. Now, competition as substantial as 20 manufacturers
may present consumers a wide range of choice to select from. However, it also brings some challenges.
One of the basic challenges is approach. An Onboarding client on the basis of reduced costs, instead of
quality is among the most popularly adopted approaches to counter competition. Initially, although it

delivering top-quality, and high output planetary gearboxes at a competitive price.

Having manufacturing base in Satara, they have created our Global Footprints in more than 20+
countries by consistently supplying gearboxes for wide range of industrial applications meeting the
International customers need and expectations.

  • 4. President’s Message The primary objective of the Global India Business Forum has always been to assist MSME entrepreneurs not only in India but throughout the world. Sangli, Satara, Karad, Kolhapur are the most important region for agriculture sector which includes sugar, textiles and also automated sector like casting of vehicles like two wheelers and four wheelers. These districts are considered to be the most important part of Maharashtra since it has the greatest number of MSME businesses. Global India Business Forum's aim is to highlight the opportunities in different countries and to help the Indian businessmen to track and expand their business globally. Indians often have knowledge about only few countries in general but there exists a lot more countries having huge opportunities for business. If we consider Africa, Ethiopia is the second largest country in terms of its population and economy. Talking about the Caribbean region, seventeen countries do have huge business opportunities in there. Indonesia and Egypt share a friendly bond with Global India Business Forum when it comes to businesses in these countries. So, this is when we step in and guide all the businessmen from MSME sectors of India to connect with these countries. To explain how MSME sector forms to be the backbone of any developed/developing country I would like to add that following the defeat in World War II, Germany was stripped of its gains. It still stood back on its feet and the reason being having its strong and capable MSME sector to fall back on. Global India Business Forum also had the opportunity to interact with the Cabinet Minister of MSME sector and Indian Politician Mr. Narayan Rane on how to expand this concept and to move forward with this cause to give tremendous business opportunity to Indian Businessmen nationally and internationally. The objective of this award function is to recognize businessmen who have fought against all odds of the pandemic and have emerged victorious. I would like to give my heartiest congratulations to all the winners for the exceptional work they've done all year. I would also like to encourage all businessmen to keep on working hard and keep up the great work! Dr. Jitendra Joshi Global President Global India Business Forum 4

Thanks to its strategic location at the crossroad of Africa, Europe and the Arab world, to its political and economic stability in a world full of challenges, Morocco enjoys the trust of foreigners from all over the globe who consider the Kingdom as a safe place to visit, to live in, where to do business and to invest. • 12. Recently, Morocco launched its national brand for investment and export promotion in order to create visibility and enhance attractiveness with a distinctive value proposition. This brand is called “Morocco Now”. “Morocco Now” is defined as the future proof platform to invest and export to the world.Thisdefinitionisbasedon4mainassets,which are:Sustainable,Competitive,AgileandWellProven. The“Sustainable”Morocco This refers to a green production system and a solid resilient ground. Morocco offers low carbon productions, based on pioneer investments in renewableenergies. Since 2009, massive investments in Renewable Energies have been made in Morocco which makes the Kingdom as 1st producer of renewable energies in Africa with a 4GW of installed capacity in 2021. The country covers already 37% of its installed electricity capacity with renewable energies in 2020 andtargets52%by2030. This avant-garde renewable plan, positions Morocco as one of the most competitive low-carbon platforms in the globe with world class infrastructure in solar, windandHydro. Moreover, producinginMoroccoforEuropeanUnion (EU), United States of America (USA), Africa or United Kingdom (UK) minimizes carbon footprint due to reduced distances. As an illustration, RENAULT Tangier – the biggest automotive plant in Africa,manufacturing400,000carsayear–isagreat exampleofazero-emissionfactory. The“Competitive”Morocco Morocco is one of the most attractive platforms in the world combining low costs with a world-class infrastructure, a young and qualified workforce, and aninvestors'supportiveframework. As part of a strong vision, Morocco was since long committed to free trade and signed up to many Free Trade Agreements giving access to more than 50 countries in Europe, USA, UK and Africa markets. Morocco is one of only 8 countries with duty free access to the USA, EU+UK, and it is the only one in Africa. Morocco is also an ideal export platform to serve Europe and USA. Europe is only 14 kms away from the Kingdom allowing delivery in 1 to 2 days and NorthAmericaandUAEareat7hoursflightonly. Adding these advantages to the unique access to a market of 1 billion consumers – facilitated by the Kingdom's strategic location – is placing Morocco on the top list of the world's most competitive investmentdestinations The“Agile”Morocco Morocco – its economy, its business community and environment as well as its workforce – has the capacity to quickly adapt to new situation as demonstrated during the Covid-19 pandemic while industrial capacities quickly shifted to health equipment. The best rolling out of the anti-Covid vaccinationisalsooneoftheamazingexamplesofthe Moroccanagility. This agility – which is in the DNA of Moroccans – can be seen in dynamic, competitive and qualified labor force. The authorities have worked on educating, developing and making available top quality human resourcesintheKingdom. 12
  • 13. The“WellProven”Morocco This is referring to a successful track record illustrated by emblematic examples such as the Moroccan Tangier-Med port which is the largest trans-shipment port in the Mediterranean and in Africa – with a 9 million containers capacity – allowing companies to address 186 ports in 77 countries. The other big achievement is that Morocco joined,sinceNovember2018,thehighspeedclub – the club of countries having the High Speed Trains. Today, Morocco is the first Arab and African country to have this world class railway's infrastructure and equipment, used by more than 3millionpassengers. The Well Proven asset can also be seen in the success stories of the fastest growing clusters in Moroccosuchasautomotiveandaeronautics. The Moroccan auto sector has experienced phenomenal growth +30% since 2011. This momentum was primarily driven by some big worldplayersthathavechosenMoroccoasabase such as RENAULT followed by STELLANTIS. Today, with 250 automotive companies already operational in the kingdom covering the whole value chain, Morocco's automotive sector has an installed capacity procuring 700,000 cars which placestheKingdomasTOP1inAfrica. Nowadays, RENAULT NISSAN exports from Morocco to More than 70 countries and STELLANTIS started production with a local content of 60%. Official figures put Morocco's auto export production at USD 8,3 billion. The country becomes the 2nd exporter to the EU of newvehicles. Moreover, Morocco has emerged as a prime aeronautics platform with an annual growth rate of 20% over the last years with a 38% rate of local integration. The country is ranked among the world's most dynamic aeronautics and aerospace ecosystems with a diversified and highly integrated supply chain including aeronautic equipment, aero- structures and engine parts, machining, electrical wiring, special processes, sheet metal works and engineering. Top Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) such as Airbus, Boeing, Pilatus, Embraer, Sukhoi and Comac are using parts produced in Morocco and many key industry players have built successful long-term partnerships in the kingdom like Spirit AeroSystems, SABCA, Safran, Stelia, CollinsAerospace,Daher,HexcelandEaton. In a fast-changing world economy where companiesarefacingnewkindofchallengesdueto the global value chains reorganization and climate emergency, Morocco emerges as the agile and well-prepared decarbonized production platform open to the world. “NOW” is the right time for investors to join the attractive and competitive hub and platform in the world which is Morocco. It is indeed the right time for the business communities, the Indian one in particular, to experience Morocco which is definitely a stable and trusted gateway to more than 1 billion consumers in Africa, Europe, UK and USA. Nowadays, number of Indian businessmen and companies are aware of the benefit of investing in Morocco and consider it as a safe place to invest keeping in mind the great progress that the kingdomhasmadeduringthelasttwodecades. 13
