A very clear, pragmatic and applicable article that industrial managers should read. In
just two pages the author makes an exceptional summary of what works for German-
Indian multicultural teams and sets bases to be applicable also to different cultures. The
study focuses of the impact that national cultures have on product development. The
author explains in a clear way how some cultural dimensions affect directly the capacity
of this multicultural team to develop new products and how their differences are
exploited to generate a synergy that is more than the sum of its parts.
