4. Strength
Throughout the course of my life I put great emphasis on self-development and
broadening of my personal skills via additional reading and participation and
organisation of various events. Consequently, I am opened for new ideas and
creative solutions, as I believe there is no place for inertia in working or study
environment. Coupled with work diligent approach my problem-solving attitude can
be described as “can-do attitude” I tend to seek opportunities in obstacles and
learn from mistakes. In resolving an issue I tend to rely on my vision and
experience, which were acquired through numerous discussion within academic
circles and journeys around the world. Possess natural ability to articulate ideas
persuasively and work in a team.
5. Weaknesses
Most of my weakness are resulting directly from the lack of real-life work
experience and reflect negative side of my strength. As a viable example of it can
be my minimalistic attitude towards completion of any task it flows out of rather
positive traits: diligence and “can do approach” at times spilling over into extremes
due to certain practical knowledge. Additionally, it worth mentioning that my vision
and overall belief in what my team and me do, can lead to oversights. However,
during the course of my studies I learnt how to find balance between my strength
and weaknesses through simple tools such as efficient time management,
teamwork, critical thinking and self-esteem.
6. Opportunities
Strongly believe that I incur huge potential for growth in various aspects from
interpersonal skills to conventional academic skills it is all possible due to the
diverse personality. To mention a few areas I would like to develop further, they are
practical aspects of management and leadership, emotional intelligence, various
analytical skill, in other words to deepen my knowledge in subjects that
compromised my major field of studies in both universities.
7. Threats
In my opinion, the biggest threat that I my face in the future is to fail to find a
balance between my strengths and weaknesses. In its turn the failure may lead to
inability to realise all the potential of my personality on the scale planned (see
Personal Development Plan attached). As realist I believe in best, apply sufficient
effort and keep in mind that there is always a room for a chance to change my
personal development in either negative or positive way.
