The founders and Directors, Mr. Rodger Henry and Mr. Brad Carter are the company's principle consulting
engineers, they bring with them a combined wealth of knowledge and skills that ensures their participation on any

within pre-determined time lines.
Rodger holds an Associate Diploma of Electrical Engineering, a Diploma of Electronics; a Bachelor of Science and
Masters of Science in Electronics. In the past thirty years Rodger has worked in the construction and security
industries with projects encompassing both corporate to government clients. His dedication to the attainment of
customer satisfaction as a principle outcome has ensured continued business success in all endeavors and he brings
this commitment with him to Glassinc.
Brad holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Physics and a Master of Business Administration having contributed to
numerous prestigious projects of international significance. These have included, amongst other projects, the
provision of glass solutions to projects such as Disneyland in Hong Kong, high rise developments in China and
hurricane solutions in Florida USA.
The Company is backed by a team of technical experts trained to work closely with clients and suppliers in all
