To whom it may concern,
My name is Janine Sobeck and I am the Artistic Associate: Literary at Arena Stage in
Washington D.C.. I am writing to give my recommendation to Gina Doerr.
Gina has been a volunteer in the Literary Department at Arena Stage for the past year
and has proven herself to be a valuable and dependable asset. Gina always has a big
smile when she comes into the office and is ready to tackle any assignment that needs
to be done. Gina works well with the other volunteers, is comfortable with the rest of the
department and has a strong desire to be useful in whatever capacity necessary. Even
though it is a volunteer position, I always know that I can always count on Gina to show
up on time and to stay until a job is completed. She is a hard worker and would be a
great addition to any department.
