I have 31 years’ experience in Louisiana automobile claims, specializing in auto bodily
injury and litigation management. As a result of my extensive experience in this field, I am
able to interpret claims from both defendant and plaintiff perspectives.
I practice a team oriented management approach, utilizing the strengths of each
individual employee. This practice has always built strong teams, while yielding very
positive employee opinion results.
As of October 31st
, 2016 I have retired from State Farm Insurance. Due to reorganization
and consolidation of claim offices, transferring was necessary for continued employment. I
opted for retirement in lieu of relocation, but would like to continue working.
I retain all benefits as per my retirement, so healthcare will not be required from future
employers. I am in good health and have not missed work due to illness on over 20
years.
Attached is my resume’ detailing my 31 years with State Farm. It outlines my work
experience and areas of specialty. If I could be an asset to your organization, I would be
interested in meeting and discussing further.
Sincerely,
Gil Ross, Jr.
