4. WORK EXPERIANCE
E & S Garment Accessories (Pvt) Ltd, Horana as a Management trainee (2011). After my training period of
three months I got Promoted as the Assistant Marketing Executive and I obtained nearly 600,000 to
800,000 sales per month in the first recruitment. During the period I adjusted the process of production and
overall system in the factory and also implemented 5S system and gave a clear idea to the management
about the importance of some Japanese theories that I have learned.

identified the need for such exposure as a vital element in the advancement of the‘knowledge capital' in a

marks to make for the Universities in Sri Lanka and as well as the student who aren't qualified for the G.C.E
