2. Winter weather seems worse in February.

3. Snowy and icy landscapes have sometimes a mysterious, fantastic atmosphere.

4. Wonderful to see,

5. but quite difficult to bear

6. except for the lucky ones who find joy in everything.

7. By reduction to the absurd I tried to eliminate nasty days, as if they were pieces of a puzzle, or from the mosaic pattern that constitutes our life.

8. I removed several fragments

9. from places that shouldn’t have affected the general outlook,

10. but even having chosen the less important spots

11. the images simply looked incomplete and missing pieces stood blatantly out.

12. All pieces are necessary, both mild days and harsh days are necessary too.

13. Even those days filled with gray shadows

14. or with cloudy mists that damp any enthusiasm

15. contribute to our mosaic pattern completion:

16. all of them are days filled with expectations for the next future.

17. In nature nothing happens by chance, even if sometimes things may appear incomprehensible .

18. What makes a day nice, ugly or boring often depends on our disposition. The same applies to events.

19. Let’s then receive every day with a good disposition and a pleasant attitude.
