Specification and safety
Supafloor electric heating cables are of unique ultra-robust design. The flexible
ultra-tough outer insulation protects the copper element cores and continuous earth
which provides maximum safety. The Supafloor range of cables are especially designed
to be suitable for most types of new build floor construction, ranging from traditional
screeded floors to advanced timber batten acoustic floor systems.
Reducing carbon emissions
Supafloor electric underfloor heating can operate at reduced ambient temperatures,
2-3°C lower than conventional space heating system. Also Supafloor electrical
heating is 100% efficient meaning less energy required, reducing carbon emissions
and having a positive effect on the environment. Supafloor can be used in
conjunction with reduced tariff electrical supply options and assists to achieve
better NHER/SAP ratings through energy efficient time and temperature control.

Ultimate comfort, engineered excellence
Intafloor thin-bed electric underfloor heating system consists of a robust heating wire,
with integral continuous earth braid for maximum safety, stitched to a reinforced backing mesh.
This facilitates ease of installation and excellent subfloor strength reinforcement.
The minimal height build-up of approximately 3mm makes Intafloor an ideal solution for
renovation projects, and existing floors. Intafloor is available in the two heating outputs 150w
and 200w per sqm providing a comfort heating solution for most applications.
Control - each heating zone is individually controlled by a thermostat to ensure correct room
and floor temperature is obtained.
Substrates - to get the maximum benefit and efficiency out of the Intafloor system,
Thermotec recommend installing Intaboard - a insulated backing board, manufactured using
a high-density extruded polystyrene core, with a polymer modified glass reinforced cement
coating, on both sides. This is installed below the underfloor heating, ensuring the heat is not
lost into the subfloor. A range of thicknesses is available - 10, 12, 20, 30, 40 and 50mm.

Thermotec offer a wide range of heating control options and solutions. These range from
simple single zone controls through to fully integrated, smart systems which
can integrate with BMS and web based controls.
The Aquafloor warm water system provides excellent control flexibility, offering
bespoke manifold arrangements. All manifolds can be fitted with a range of options,
including water temperature control WTC units, pump sets, actuation valves,
pressure/temperature monitoring to suit all applications.
Thermotec offer in-house technical resource and assistance to provide support in specifying
correct control systems for your project.

Thermotec offers you the chance to benefit from the production of Sanitary Hot Water, at
up to 55ºC, with high-energy efficiency and without releasing CO2
into the atmosphere.
As well as its ecological and economic benefits, the reliability of the system is
demonstrated via the thousand of systems already installed. Maintenance is practically
non-existent, guaranteeing absolute peace to the user.
Space Heating Solution
Solar systems are capable of extracting sufficient warmth to heat a building to
a comfortable temperature even on the coldest winter days. While traditional
boilers only have efficiency levels below 1, the Energie solar system has much greater
