 Present as a united front and speak with one voice outside of meetings
 Be committed to give and receive feedback for the growth of the team
 Never leave the room with unfinished business – speak your true feelings
 Don’t be scared to rock the boat – PLEASE rock the boat in our meetings
 Give and receive challenges that are for the greater good of our team and SANDVIK
 Hold each other accountable
 Keep each other informed
 Play to yours and others strengths
 Before speaking, ask yourself: “Am I breaking down or building up with these words?”
 Be 100% committed to team decisions
 Let the past stay where it belongs – behind us
 Implement Fair Play at all times
 Be committed to operate at our level of work and so empower people
 Down briefing to the lowest level in company
