Research and development of the circadian cycle uneder the influences of hormons. How the natural cycle is adapting the sleedp and the day to international mobility and global commuting. Assessing the influence witht a model of study based on logistic of the supply chain, the travel time with Airbus or Boeing aircrafts on a return flight from Paris to New York with a time gap accross the Atlantic Ocean. How data, technology can influence leisure time, working time...and performance

termine de travailler à Paris, c’est à
dire après avoir quitté Bulac
11. It is a problem of logistics or operation management
(with stock and flows)
● If you sleep in the plane, it means that you are storing your energy, so when reach a
foreign country, your body behaves as if you were in your domestic country (because of
the energy saved during the flight, by having a good night sleep in the aircraft)
● Opposite, if you stay awaken in the aircraft, you are likely to fall asleep, when arriving in
the foreign country. It could be difficult to resist to fall asleep, what can create some
flexibility in the timing of your agenda, when you arrive in the New country, is the
predicted time arrival. If you arrive at night, it is fine, you will be able to prolonge your
sleep, as if you were home, and be awaken in the morning like New York city people,
ready to go to work, as if you were in Paris
● Opposite, if you arrive during the day, and you did not sleep in the aircraft, it is likely that
if you go to work the same day, that you will need lots of cup of coffeee or energy drinks
to keep you awake during the first working day.

- I have 6 hours of the time gap between Paris and New York minus
the 5 hours spent before sleeping, which are used to go and have a
dinner, to work after Bulac is closed, and to commute from St Lazare,

Therefor thus, I slept at 5 AM instead of 2PM
A time gap in my sleep of 3 hours

Observations:
(*) When I went to New York, the first night, I slept at the same time I used to sleep in Paris
T= 2AM in Paris = 2AM in New York, however, there was a time difference of 6 hours.
The trip by plane was 8 hours, but because of the time gap of 6 hours, in fact I travel only 2 hours
And the first day, to find my new home I slept at 6 Am, which is the 4hours energy I kept from
Paris (as I slept in the plane (and timeline in France is ahead the timeline in New York)
