tree house in their lake
estate.
i have worked closely
with my clients, so i
was able to tailor my
design fulfiling all their
desires and expecta-

when i have cleared
the design aspect of
the project i had to
start thinking of the
building proccess.
i have created a
building system that
allows the building to
be erected without the
need of skilled labor,
so that the project
could be finished only
by the family members
which was stated in
the brief.
i have designed and
calculated the structu-
re for the whole
project.
i have provided my
clients not only with
the standard archi-
tectural and technical
drawings, but i have
delivered an extremely
user friendly bim solu-
tion which they can
use on site.

The main goal of my
project named Fluid
Park is the creation of
high quality public
spaces, horizontally
and vertically, as well
as preserving and
improving the sense of
space. The main
element of the structu-
re is the parking. It is
elevated five meters
above ground and is
on two levels, provid-
ing 800 parking places,
200 more than the
existing capacity. The
sides of the parking
act as bio canvas, with
vegetation which can
be periodically chang-
ed, creating different
compositions. The roof
is a public space,
green park with a 360
degree view of the sur-
rounding area. It can
be accessed directly
from the ground level
through several
vertical connections.
photovoltaic panels will
reduce the energy
demand of the building
and promoting sustain-
ability as trait of
Bahrein, following the
example of the World
Trade Center located
nearby.

it’s aim is to give urban
and architectural
solution for the site
after the end of the
expo.
my concept was to use
as much as possible
of the infrastructure
created for the event,
minimising the costs
of the new
developments.
i have not only kept,
but enhanced the
cardum and
decumanum, linking
the new site not only to
the memory of the
expo, but to the italian
and roman cultural
and historical heritage.
i have also tried to
incorporate my vision
for the green cities of
the twenty first century
in my proposal.

opaque recycled
plastic is assembled of
60 elements.
interior elements,
made of translucent
plastic with built-in
multicolor led tubes,
allowing the creation
of music and light
shows; the elements
can be placed In a
random order in the
main body, that allow
creative interventions
during the showcase.
rotating podium giving
the ability to complete-
ly showcase the car;
the complete project
will be way under the
maximum budget of
60 000 euro and is
designed to be easily
assembled and
disassembled by two
people for less than an
hour.

the competition brief
has three main
aspects: urban, archi-
tectural, and lands-
cape.
the plot is located in
the fringe area of the
city, bordering the old
residential blocks,the
green belt around it,
and the new business
district.
my approach was to
create a space that is
extremly functional,
respecting 100% the
design brief, as well as
my personal sustain-
ability criterias, it had
to be budget smart, so
it could be easily built.
the landscape is
complimenting the
overall concept of the
box in the box i have
used to amplify the
monumental impact
the project will have on
the area, the
community, and the
city itself, as this is
going to be the first
complete indoor climb-
ing center of its kind.

the available plot was
narrow, bordering an
ancient church on the
north. the brief was

as it covered plenty
requirements and
building functions.
one of the biggest
quests was to fulfill it,
with the current
building parameters
and restrictions in the
area.
my project aimed to
deliver a very neutural
and functional building,
that could be built with
low budget, but not
sacrificing its sustain-
ability.
