NATE LONGSHORE
PRESIDENT &
HEAD COACH
A dedicated student of the sports industry, Geoff has applied himself to
being a contributor in the sports and entertainment industry. Earning his
Bachelor of Science from Cornell University in Industrial & Labor
Relations, he was a Research Fellow, where he studied the correlation
between NFL Combine testing numbers to NFL Draft position, to career
earning potential. Geoff rigorously pursued any and every opportunity in
sports, taking internship at the UPenn Football Office, a Sports Marketing
firm in Philadelphia, NBA Agent Leon Rose and assisting his Professors at
Cornell. After graduation, Geoff spent a few years in Boston, where he
gained experience helping launch the Josh Beckett Foundation as the
Assistant Director of the Beckett Bowl. He then worked as an Athletic
Coordinator for Tenacity Inc., a non-profit organization supporting the
development of life-skills among disadvantaged inner-city adolescence in
Boston, by providing tennis instruction and literacy support. Geoff
continued his research and studies, while earning his MBA at Penn State
Univeristy.
While earning his MBA at the Smeal College of Business at Penn State,
Geoff founded the MBA Sports Business Association. Geoff was also a
Graduate Assistant teaching a Business Analytics course while conducting
research on 'Interdependency among Lineman in the NFL', as it relates to
Free Agency contracts and career earning potential.
Most recently, Geoff was the Director of STACK Velocity Sports
Performance, managing their flagship location in Irvine, consulting with
franchisees across the nation and supporting the sales and launch of new
locations.
He joins Founder Nate Longshore, at ALLQBS, as the VP and General
Manager, and is excited to bring innovative services, to a demanding
market place, rooted in his experiences of being a solutions provider along
with the business practices that result in a win for all!
Nate Longshore is the former Quarterback for the California Golden Bears of
the University of California, Berkeley, where he was a four-year starter and led
the Golden Bears to a share of the Pacific-10 Conference championship in
2006. Numerous awards and records were the result of his collegiate career
and he is currently the all time wins leader in Cal football history. Longshore
graduated from Canyon High School in 2004 where he was a Parade All-
American and Elite 11 QB. He set ten school passing records and rang up 6,750
yards and 64 touchdown passes during his career.
After studying Consumerism at UC Berkeley, Nate was asked to join the San
Francisco 49ers for mini-camp and eventually joined the Miami Dolphins as
their 3rd QB behind Chad Pennington and Chad Henne.
Nate has always been a leader, on and off the field, so it was a perfect fit when
he joined legendary high school coach Harry Welch at Santa Margarita, where
he was the Assistant Head Coach, helping lead the Eagles to a #1 National
Ranking and a California D1 State Championship. His playing experience and
football knowledge gained through Jeff Tedford, Tony Sparano, Frank
Cignetti, Mike Dunbar, Kevin Daft, Eric Keisau, and George Cortez, really
provided him a strong foundation to be able to provide great insight to the
high school players, sending 21 players to D-I programs in just 4 years.
With his experience and pedigree, in 2014 Nate was asked join EON Sports in
their quest to develop the world’s first virtual reality football training
simulator. While visiting with college and professional coaches across the
country, he realized he missed the connection he had with players while
coaching, deciding then to resume training Quarterbacks.
Nate has been operating ALLQBS in Orange County since 2010 and recently
opened the new facility to ramp up the offering and grow the ALLQBS
community to better serve aspiring gun slingers.
