What is PayTrak Protect?
• PayTrak Protect is an affordable benefits plan offered through PayTrak Payroll
Services
• The plans offered to our clients are concise and comprehensive
• All plans will be administered and managed by PayTrak
• The plan is a “pooled” plan so that our mutual clients can take advantage of big
business pricing
• PayTrak Protect is backed through Greenshield of Canada a premier health and
benefits organization
• PayTrak Payroll Services offers the plan EXCLUSIVELY to their clients and
employees
Why PayTrak Protect?
• Many Small business owners believe that offering benefits to their employees is
cost prohibitive.
• The fact is that offering benefits increases employee retention and satisfaction,
and can be an important part of the overall compensation.
• Through research it has been determined that the small business benefits
offerings through other providers can be double that of a pooled plan.
• Many small business owners are too busy, or do not have the resources to
negotiate rates and administer a benefits plan.
• Enter PayTrak Protect
How Does PayTrak Protect work?
• The rates for the pooled plan have been negotiated and will be administered by
PayTrak Payroll Services
• All initial client set-up will be completed through PayTrak Payroll Services.
• PayTrak has defined three levels of offerings for clients, Gold, Silver and Bronze
• The Employer contribution can be defined between 50-100%
• All premiums will be collected from both the employer and the employee at the
defined percentages through the standard payroll process
• PayTrak will make the payments to the end provider
• PayTrak will co-ordinate review of all premiums for adjustment on Dec. 1
• On-going employer support will be provided by PayTrak, employee support will
be provided through Greenshield.
How Does PayTrak Protect work?
• Pricing is pre-set and non-negotiable
• The client will select their level from the three offerings
• PayTrak will send the contract and sign up forms to the client
• The client will return the contract to PayTrak
• PayTrak will send the client the employee information forms
• PayTrak will enroll the client and it’s members directly with the provider and
the provider in turn will inform the employees how to create usernames and
passwords. PayTrak has no access to their personal information
• Welcome and Introductory packages are supplied to the client for distribution
to their employees
How are Claims Submitted?
• All Claims can be submitted by the employees in many easy to use methods
• PayTrak Protect enrollees receive a claims card for use at medical and dental
facilities and pharmacies
• Claims can be submitted and files on-line through a secure web portal
• Claims can also be submitted through the mail
• Enrollees have the option of receiving any re-imbursement through direct
deposit

• Through the provider enrollees have access to the Mobil App to…
• Remotely check prescription coverage
• Find a health care provider near their current location
• Present their claims card electronically on their device
• Submit a mock claim to determine coverage

What is PayTrak Protect? • PayTrak Protect is an affordable benefits plan offered through PayTrak Payroll Services • The plans offered to our clients are concise and comprehensive • All plans will be administered and managed by PayTrak • The plan is a “pooled” plan so that our mutual clients can take advantage of big business pricing • PayTrak Protect is backed through Greenshield of Canada a premier health and benefits organization • PayTrak Payroll Services offers the plan EXCLUSIVELY to their clients and employees

Why PayTrak Protect? • Many Small business owners believe that offering benefits to their employees is cost prohibitive. • The fact is that offering benefits increases employee retention and satisfaction, and can be an important part of the overall compensation. • Through research it has been determined that the small business benefits offerings through other providers can be double that of a pooled plan. • Many small business owners are too busy, or do not have the resources to negotiate rates and administer a benefits plan. • Enter PayTrak Protect
  • 4. How Does PayTrak Protect work? • The rates for the pooled plan have been negotiated and will be administered by PayTrak Payroll Services • All initial client set-up will be completed through PayTrak Payroll Services. • PayTrak has defined three levels of offerings for clients, Gold, Silver and Bronze • The Employer contribution can be defined between 50-100% • All premiums will be collected from both the employer and the employee at the defined percentages through the standard payroll process • PayTrak will make the payments to the end provider • PayTrak will co-ordinate review of all premiums for adjustment on Dec. 1 • On-going employer support will be provided by PayTrak, employee support will be provided through Greenshield.

How Does PayTrak Protect work? • Pricing is pre-set and non-negotiable • The client will select their level from the three offerings • PayTrak will send the contract and sign up forms to the client • The client will return the contract to PayTrak • PayTrak will send the client the employee information forms • PayTrak will enroll the client and it’s members directly with the provider and the provider in turn will inform the employees how to create usernames and passwords. PayTrak has no access to their personal information • Welcome and Introductory packages are supplied to the client for distribution to their employees

How are Claims Submitted? • All Claims can be submitted by the employees in many easy to use methods • PayTrak Protect enrollees receive a claims card for use at medical and dental facilities and pharmacies • Claims can be submitted and files on-line through a secure web portal • Claims can also be submitted through the mail • Enrollees have the option of receiving any re-imbursement through direct deposit
