- 8. SWOT Analysis: WEAKNESSES Fire extinguisher was placed near main power supply board/ meters. Although it is the fire prone area and if in case there is a short circuit here, using fire extinguisher at that point won’t be feasible. Incorrect placement of Fire Extinguisher Stagnant water in Parking area The construction of road for parking area wasn’t appropriate which lead to collecting of stagnant water (due to rain)
