it, you do not hear a sound. The good news is that you have rights as
a consumer. These rights protect you when a product is defective.

As a consumer, you have a right to receive accurate information.
Consumers can make wise decisions only if they have the
information they need. Businesses are required to provide certain
details about their products.

assert your right to object verbally, be it in
