Specialist position within the Veterans Health Administration, section of
Research & Development Services. I am currently an Administrative Law
Judge with the Social Security Administration and have known Mr. Blanche
since he was a teenager. I have had the opportunity to watch him grow
through his life experiences as well as take on many challenges in his
education and professional endeavors.
I recommend Mr. Blanche as he is a leader among his peers and, in fact, has
been able to lead from the bottom when simply a nurse in a unit with no
supervisory authority. His friends and co-workers have looked to him for
direction as he is quick on his feet and superb at problem-solving. His
energy abounds, particularly in situations where he is exploring new ideas
and issues. He will be an asset to your research division not only because of
his ability to quickly grasp ideas, but also because he motivates others to do
better. He is adept at finding strengths in individuals and providing positive
feedback as well as constructive criticisms.
Mr. Blanche is an asset to his community as he volunteers in various
capacities, is a skilled communicator and a good listener. I am certain he will
be an ambassador for your organization as he finds pleasure in being part of
meaningful groups and will work tirelessly to ensure that a positive
