TPQ20D-001 Inverter Overview:
The TPQ20D is the simpler and less costly option where forklift trucks are available and ground
level loading is not essential. It has a loading capacity of 2000kg. The TPQ20D is ideal for boxed ,
bagged or canned goods and is versatile enough to handle everything from glass vials to cement
blocks to plastic bottles.
We can custom build to suit your specifications, load weights and dimensions.
Uses Include:
1) Load transfer from wood to plastic or other hygienic pallet;
2) Recovery of damaged goods or broken boards from the bottom of the stack;
3) Switching to and from PECCO etc. or other rental pallets;
4) Load orientation change for customer outbound/inbound shipping requirement;

TPQ12D-001 IN-LINE SYSTEM Overview:
The TPQ12D is probable the most versatile system as it can cater for both wide and heavy loads,
with the extra benefit of allowing stacks which don’t need inversion to pass straight through.
It is the most economic in-line system in terms of both space and price. Loads enter to one side travelling
up the fixed wall before stopping. This ensures the goods are fully supported during inversion.

TPQ15A-001 Inverter Overview:
The TPQ15A-001 is the most universal model offered in the 180° inverter family. It is not only
providing multiple jaw openings, it allows ground loading via walkie truck or hand jack. This model is very
common in Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Food Processing and Printing environments.

The TPQ22G is designed for 180° inversion of particularly heavy or wide loads. This is the most heavily
constructed in range and is custom-built to suit the materials you need to handle. Its payload reaches
2200kg.
Uses:
1) 180° inversion of steel materials for the auto or construction industry.
2) Turning laminated or grooved MDF board to suit end-user requirements
3) Inversion of large cardboard sheets after the printer/slotter process.

TPQ15B-001 Pallet Changer Overview:
The TPQ15B is specifically designed to transfer palletized loads without manual handling of the
pallet itself. It represents the most advanced form of pallet exchange in our range.
Uses Include:
1) Load transfer from wood to hygienic in-house pallets;
2) Switching outgoing loads to shipper or rental pallet requirements.
3) Handling loads which must remain the original way up after transfer.

TPQ20H-001 Load Transfer Solutions Overview:
The TPQ20H-001 allows the operator to stay in the forklift during machine operation, eliminating
the need for manual pallet handling.
The load transfer station (LTS) can transfer a pallet load in less than 60 seconds and is safer and
faster than all other load or pallet inverters. Increase lift truck productivity, reduce operating costs,
prevent injuries and do more with one of our flexible LTS models.
Our LTS systems work for cases, combo boxes, bags (on a slip sheet or corrugate), glass vials,
pails, drums and freezer applications.
