一、 Pallet Inverter Innovation
Due to the logistic industry high speed development, varying pallets are used, therefore, during the
handling, some broken pallets need to replace and change the different pallets. To update the
switching pallet efficiency, LH innovates on high efficient stationary pallet inverter. The inverter
contains hydraulic pump system and electric control system, it offers load and pallet rotating;
replacing; and working with forklift.
Meanwhile, depending on the customer’s specific working conditions, LH develops five kinds of
pallet inverter.
1. A series: Floor Loaded Type Rotating Type;
2. B series: Floor Loaded Tipping Type;
3. E series: Dual Clamp Type;
4. D series: Single Clamp Type;
5. F series: Side Tipping Type;
6. G series: Special Type;
7. H series: Load Transfer Solutions;

1. Feature Uses: Boxes Stacking Type.
2. Operation: Use pallet truck or forklift
taking loads into, clamp tightly and then
tip 105°. Retrieve the empty pallet back to
floor.
6. E series: Dual Clamp, Rotating 180°
1.Feature Uses: Suitable for light and
varying height goods, when rotate, the
goods center is the same with the rotating
center, has good stability.
2. Operation: Forklift places the goods,
clamp tightly and then rotate
180°,unclamp, manually or forklift replace
pallet.
7. D series: Single Clamp, Rotate 180°.

goods, and the goods height is fixed
condition.

9. H series: Load Transfer Solutions.
The load transfer is used for the goods which
can not be rotated, to switch the goods from
pallet A to pallet B through retrieving the
pallet, and also can collect the pallet, widely
use in beverage, bottles, and cans types
goods logistic industry.
