Decide the PRP quantity
for each variety based on
sales projections.
Do PRP minimum 3 hours*
before the Pasta is baked.
Use the prepped pasta
within 24 hours.
Do PRP during the non-
peak hours on make line.
Use RO water/drinking
water for PRP.
Store water for PRP in
make line bins or any
other appropriate
container.
Exact measurement of
pasta, water, and sauce is
required; so the scales and
the water measurement is
required during PRP.
Write the name of Pasta
being prepped over the
ROX slip or the tray itself
Clean and sanitize utensils
used in PRP immediately
afterwards. Also follow
the two hour sanitization
rule for them.
Important to mix the sauce in water during PRP | *3 hours of Prep is not included in the 24 hours of PRP
31. 5.Keep the Pasta container in a
dough tray.
6. Cover the tray with another tray
and keep it in chiller (1 - 4 degree).
Prepped Pasta can be used after 3
hrs of prepping upto 24 hrs.
4. Cover it with a plain lid with
ROX sticker.
PRP FOR PASTA
1. Take an aluminium container
and put 45 gms Instant Fusilli
Pasta in it.
2. Pour 120 gms RO water
(ambient) in Pasta with the help
of SS Water Portioner.
3. Put Sauce/Dressing 90 gms in
the Pasta container and mix well
with the help of a stainless steel
spoon.
32. ON ORDER
1. Remove the plain lid from the
Pasta Container.
2. Add 15 gms of Onion. 3. Add 15 gms of Capsicum.
7. Close the Pasta Container with
printed lid.
4. Add 5 gms of Black Olive. 5. Place the pasta container on a
regular screen and pass through
oven.
6. Put the pasta container on table.
Sprinkle 1/2 gm of Basil Parsley
Sprinkle on top.
8. Punch in the correct Flavor
mentioned on the sides of the
sleeves as per order.
9. Insert the Pasta Container inside
printed sleeve , mark it with Veg
sticker. Serve along with Wooden
Fork and Paper Napkin.

• To be adhered for 2 weeks
• Ideal time to do PRP – Evenings/Late Afternoon (24hrs shelf life)
• If the PRP requirement is more than 2/3 pastas, it is recommended to do PRP more than once
• Weekday and Weekend order count should be considered separately for PRP requirements
• This is a recommendation basis trends we have seen during store trial. If the store team feels different, they
can go ahead with that
