To whom it may concern,
This letter is a letter of recommendation for Julius Babila Fofuleng. Babila was
a student of ours at the Master´s in Strategic Leadership towards Sustainability
programme. The programme is a 10-month transformational masters
programme in Karlskrona, Sweden that focuses on advancing knowledge,
skills, and global networks, in order to build our students capacity to be
strategic leaders in the co-creation of thriving, sustainable societies.
In his time here, what stuck out more than anything, was Babila´s resilience
and determination in the face of some quite severe challenges in his personal
life. I was impressed with his tenacity and his eagerness to apply himself to his
studies regardless. During his thesis, which he wrote with two other students on
the role of conflict resolution in sustainable development, Babila really
showed his passion and desire to work hard to make this world a better place.
Babila demonstrated curiosity, willingness to learn and was never afraid to
challenge himself. It was a pleasure to see Babila grow during our programme
and become better at so many of the aims he set for himself.
I am convinced that Babila will be an asset to any organization or endeavor
he decides to join next. I have no doubt that he will bring his best, work hard,
be interested to learn a lot, and will be determined to succeed at whatever
task may be assigned to him.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if I can be of any further assistance.
Kind regards,
Merlina Missimer
