2. OUR (FICTION) COMPANY
▪ DENKYEM is a company specialized in ready-to-eat ethnic food production and
distribution. It started operations in London, United Kingdom in 2002 as an importing
company and gradually started manufacturing and packaging onsite.
▪ It has soon expanded with manufacturing plants in North African countries to be
closer the populations and local flavours.
▪ Its specialty is to convert traditional and local recipes in organic, nutritive and
environmental friendly ready-to-eat packaged food to facilitate daily cooking life in
African markets and bring them closer to the African diaspora in Europe through
exports.
