2.  The documentary is mixed meaning it
includes several interviews, archive and
observational footage as well as narration
through out.
 The Themes involved is disease, population,
poverty and medicine.

meaning the topic discussed within is
ongoing and as malaria is still a problem in
ledc’s therefore it is still an issue.

4.  The documentary includes many
observational shots and archive footage. The
interviews all included mostly mid close ups
or close ups following the codes and
conventions.

5.  All that's on the screen is relevant to the topic
including the background to the interviews
and the cutaways used after the interviewee
has been asked a question and it has been
answered.

however they could also be added post
filming in the editing stage. The narration is
all non diegetic.
