qualifiedfitforthisposition.He receivedhisPhDinPolitical Science fromYorkUniversity,andhas
accrued significantrelatedexperience atSIT(the School forInternational Training) StudyAbroadand
othereducational institutions.Dr.Garciahas presentednumerouspapersatprofessional conferences
and has authoredanextensive listof articles.
