I have had the pleasure to work with Felicia this past year at Seton Academy. We
have worked together on different projects throughout the year, so it has given me the
opportunity to observe her work ethic as the Director of Marketing Communications
Institutional Advancement (IA). Felicia is extremely dedicated, detail-oriented, self-
motivated, and highly creative. Felicia is a natural leader and has always met her
deadlines. Felicia is an intelligent and motivated individual. She is more than capable
of managing a small or large group of people.
As part of her former responsibilities, Felicia raised money for our school which
takes dedication and commitment. Felicia wrote many articles to news agencies to
inform them of the student’s wonderful work throughout the year. She directed many
different events for alumni and friends to come and visit Seton Academy. She was the
Marketing Communications & IA Officer and performed her unending duties with a
determined drive and always had time to assist others wherever she was needed.
Felicia worked with the Campus Ministry Department to create a service day dedicated
to Martin Luther King’s service in the community. Felicia worked with the Student
Council Department during homecoming week. Felicia also worked alongside the
English Department to bring Shakespearean actors to perform a play in our theater.
Felicia had many different duties to complete at Seton Academy, and yet she still
managed to contribute to different departments in the school.
Felicia’s perseverance and leadership qualities prepare her greatly for your
organization. I strongly encourage your organization to consider Felicia for any
position she may seek.
