Steven gets up quickly when the alarm clock rings. He brushes his teeth,
washes his face and changes into his school uniform. Then, he goes to the kitchen
to have his breakfast.
After he pours a glass of milk for himself, he spread margarine on a piece of
toast. His father has finished his breakfast. He is reading the newspaper know.
Stevens eat a hard-boil egg that his father has made for him. Then he eats the
toast. Finally, he eats a slice of apple. Before he lives the house, he washes the
dishes.
Steven takes a banana with him. He wants to eat it on the school bus.
A hen lays egg. It sits on its egg all day to keep them warm. It also turns the
eggs once a day to make sure that they stay completely warm. Chicks will hatch from
the eggs after three weeks.
It is Mary’s birthday. She receives many presents. One of them is from her
uncle. It is a doll with long hair, beautiful clothes and movable limbs. Mary is
delighted. She likes the doll very much. She calls her uncle to thank him. Mary is
grateful to him for sending the doll all the ways from America.
What will happen to the quills after a few weeks?

There are many deserts in Egypt. Life in the desert is tough. In the day, the
desert is very hot. At night, they become very cold. The most important river in
Egypt is the River Nile. It is also the longest river in the world. The land along the
Nile valley is very fertile ans suitable in growing of crops. The Egyptians farmers
grow grapes, olives, vegetables, maize and rice. They also rear animals such as cattle,
sheep and chicken.
